It is a programme for the managers of French overseas natural areas that facilitates training, exchange, dissemination of information, and cooperation.
It is coordinated by ATEN, and its steering committee includes members from 17 organisations involved in biodiversity conservation. Local projects have been set up since 2009. They meet the needs expressed by overseas natural area management organisations.
