Your interlocutors in the field...
In order to promote local exchanges and facilitate the carrying out of local actions, it was decided that a system of “local contacts” should be set up, correspondents for coordination in the field. Acting as relay points on a local basis, the contacts’ mission is to work together with the Te Me Um coordinator to support the local implementation of the programme.
Their role is to:
- facilitate the local network of nature protection stakeholders: information, needs, organisation of local meetings, etc.
- assist with the establishment and filing of funding requests, contribute to the drawing up of opportunity files, etc.
- support the technical and logistical organisation of local projects in the framework of Te Me Um.
